If you have a clinic space and require photography, I can assist you with this.

Why is this necessary, you ask? There are several reasons, including authenticity and reality. Clients are curious about the environment they will enter for a therapy session.

While not everyone feels the need to know these details and may be content to go with the flow, many people want to understand the type of space they will be visiting. If it aligns with their expectations, it will be easier for them to relax. Especially for a relaxation session, clients need to feel confident they are entering a safe space.

Preparing the Therapy Room

  1. Clean and Declutter: Ensure the room is tidy and free of unnecessary items.

  2. Lighting: Use natural light where possible. If natural light is limited, use soft, diffused lighting to avoid harsh shadows.

  3. Staging: Arrange the furniture and decor to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Add touches like plants, artwork, or comfortable seating to enhance the space.

If you are a DIY then consider the following also

Taking Photos

  1. Equipment: Use a good quality camera or smartphone with a high-resolution camera.

  2. Angles and Composition:

    • Wide Shots: Capture the entire room to give a sense of space.

    • Detail Shots: Focus on key elements like comfortable chairs, artwork, or any unique features.

    • Perspective: Experiment with different angles—straight-on, from corners, or slightly above eye level—to find the most flattering views.

  3. Stability: Use a tripod or stabilize your camera to avoid blurry images.

  4. Editing: Use basic editing tools to adjust brightness, contrast, and color balance, ensuring the room looks inviting but still natural.

If this sounds like too much for you then I am most happy to help you. Contact Fiona today to discuss how I can help.
